Please note that the presenting author of each submission must register
for the conference by July 12, 2013, and pay the required registration fee. Any presenting author who has not registered will not be able to participate in the conference, will not be able to present his/her work, or will not have his/her paper posted on IEEE Xplore.

Instruction for Full Paper Submission
Full Paper Submission deadline is June 28 July 12 (Fri), 2013. All authors of accepted abstracts must submit a full paper PDF file (double
column, A4 or Letter size). We will publish your full paper in the official
proceedings, which will be distributed on-site. All submissions must be
written in English. The minimum (maximum) page limit is two (four) pages
in the two columns IEEE format (Please see and use the MS-WORD or LaTeX
full paper template linked above).
Attention, publishing authors!
Only accepted papers that are registered, written in the required 4-page
full paper IEEE format, submitted by the above deadline, and presented
by one of the authors at the conference will be published in the conference
proceedings in IEEE Xplore.
Submission
Step 1
Prepare your Login ID, Login Pass, and Event ID for your abstract.
(These were automatically sent to authors by e-mail at abstract submission.)
Step 2
Create your full paper electronic file by utilizing the MS-WORD or LaTeX
template.
Step 3
All submissions will be electronic and in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format. Embedded Type 1 or True Type fonts are required in the submitted PDF
file as subset fonts.

- Create IEEE PDF eXpress account.
- Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDF(s) for Checking.
- Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s).
- You will receive an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF by e-mail sent from IEEE PDF eXpress Plus.
- Use the compatible PDF file for your full paper submission.
- You may find in the PDF eXpress webpages "a deadline different from that announced by APSAR 2013." Then please ignore the date. The APSAR 2013 daedline is correct.
- Please download your approved file from the webpage for submission on the Full Paper Submission page linked below.
Step 4
Prepare a scanned PDF file of the signed IEICE Copyright Transfer Agreement for your accepted paper. Please take care that “authorized signature” must be “handwritten”. The signed Agreement have to be uploaded with your full paper.
Step 5
Go to “Full Paper Submission Page” to start the on-line submission process.
Be sure that the Paper has passed the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus successfully.
