REGISTRATION
Participants are asked to apply using the online
registration.

Please note that the presenting author of each submission must register
for the conference by July 12, 2013, and pay the required registration fee. Any presenting author who
has not registered will not be able to participate in the conference, will
not be able to present his/her work, or will not have his/her paper posted
on IEEE Xplore.

of concerned academic societies (IEEE and IEICE) are required to fill in their
membership ID No. via online registration form and show their

**Students are required to submit the copy of their student ID card via
online registration form and show their student ID card at registration
desk on-site.
Registration Fee includes
One program book, proceedings in a USB, traditional social events as well as refreshments during conference breaks.
Additional Cost for Multiple-Paper Presentation
If a presenter is going to present "2 or more" papers, he/she
should pay additional cost of JPY10,000.- per paper for the second and
after.
Method of Registration
To
apply for on-line registration, please complete registration via on-line by September
10,
2013.
After
this date, attendees are urged to register on site at the Conference.
Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in the following method:

*If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact the Registration
Office.
Reply E-mail
After
you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your
registered e-mail address automatically.
If
you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Confirmation
Upon
receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a
Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. This confirmation must
be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Conference
materials.
Cancellations
and Refunds Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration and receive
reimbursement for your registration fee, you must send written notification of
your cancellation to the Registration Office.
Refunds will be made according to the guidelines outlined
below.

Visa Requirements:
We will prepare necessary documents when you need visa to enter Japan.
*Details on visa exemption can be found in: Exemption of Visas
Procedure to apply for our visa support is as follows:
1. Have online registration with the above registration button.
2. Fill the registration form. Be sure to select "Yes" on the
item "6)Will you need our visa support to enter Japan?" in the
Questionnaire page.
3. Submit the registration form and complete the payment.
4. Visa support information regarding visa application will be sent to you.
*Our visa support starts in middle of June because Japanese embassy receives
visa documents for only 3 months before the conference.
We will let the participants who request our visa support know further
information when our visa support starts.
