Authors Information & Paper Submission

Prospective authors are required to submit their manuscripts electrically through EDAS. There is a page number limitation to 6 pages as a pdf file in IEEE two column format, that can be extended up to 8, by paying an extra page fee of 10,000JPY. The maximum file size of a pdf is 4MB. Please use the templates at Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings available from HERE. The page size is "Letter". All presented papers will be published by the IEEE and included in IEEEXplore.

About Awards

We will confer the following "Paper Awards" to the author(s) of full papers presented at the conference.

• Best student paper award (*1)
• (General) Best paper award(*2)

(*1) It is necessary that the 1st author is a student. And he is also a presenter at the conference. If the author(s) wants to be examined as "Best student paper award", please request at the EDAS submission. If the author(s) wants to be examined as "(General) Best paper award", please do not request the "Best student paper award".
(*2) It is necessary that the author is a presenter at the conference.
