Instructions for accept authors

Please note that the accepted papers which satisfy all the following conditions by final paper deadline can make presentations at ITSC 2017 and be published in the official Proceedings.

• At least one of the authors has completed the payment of the full registration fee.
  (Or, one of the authors has satisfied the requirement of the "extra paper charge" registration.)
• IEEE Copyright form has been submitted.
• Final Camera-ready Manuscript has been submitted.

ITSC 2017 will check the registration status and who are the accepted authors using the submitted final manuscripts and the paper configuration on EDAS. Please confirm your personal profile on the EDAS.

Registration

At least one of the authors needs to complete the payment of registration fees before submitting the final camera-ready paper.

IEEE Copyright form

The authors need to submit the IEEE Copyright Form. Authors are required to transfer the copyright of their accepted papers to IEEE. ITSC 2017 uses the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF). This has to be submitted via EDAS. Log onto EDAS and authors of accepted papers can submit copyright forms via the (c) link in the "My Papers" tab on EDAS.

Final Camera-ready Manuscript

Authors are required to submit a Final Camera-ready Manuscript Via EDAS. There is a page number limitation to 6 pages as a pdf file in IEEE two column format, that can be extended up to 8, by paying an extra page fee of 10,000JPY. The maximum file size of a pdf is 4MB. Please use the templates at Manuscript Templates for IEEE Conference Proceedings available from HERE. The page size is "Letter".
Papers must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF). All camera-ready submissions MUST be checked for IEEE Xplore compliance before submission. Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site (the Conference ID is "40621X"). The site is HERE. If you do not have an account select "New Users – Click Here" and follow the steps to register. Otherwise, sign in with your email address and password.
The paper, which passed PDF checks by PDF eXpress, can be uploaded. Please note that one of the authors needs to complete the payment of registration fees before uploading the final camera-ready paper.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Please note that IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented by the paper's author(s) at the conference.

Presentation Guideline

The presentation in ITSC 2017 Technical Session is oral presentation using the projection equipment provided by the conference venue. The following equipment is ready at each oral session room:

• LCD projector with a VGA cable (D-sub 15pin connector), which is suite for 4:3 display. The author can connect to own PC.
• PC (Windows 7 (English Ver.)) with PowerPoint 2013 and Adobe Reader DC
The time allotted to each oral presentation will be 22 minites, includeing 7 minites question time.
