2003 IEEE Sapporo Section Student Paper Contest

Call for Papers:

The 2003 IEEE Sapporo Section Student Paper Contest (IEEE S3PC) will be held on October 19 in Hokkai-Gakuen University, Sapporo, Japan.

The contest is going to be opened in conjunction with Hokkaido-section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical Engineering.

The contest registration is exactly the same as the registration process of Hokkaido-section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical Engineering.

Paper Registration:

Deadline:17:00, August 20, 2003.

All applicants should access the home page of http://www.hokkaido.ieice.org/shibukai/ and then register their name and the paper title et. al. Please indicate the primary field of the paper is in IEEE S3PC, i.e., IEEEオーガナイズトセッション in Japanese.
