Year 2007 Second Lecture was held on November 22 (Thu.)from 4.00p.m at Kousaikaikan, Tokyo.

We invited Dr.Tsutae Shinoda, Fonder and Chairman of Shinoda Plasma Corporation.
In praise of his receiving Honorary Membership of IEEE 2007. He gave us an impressive talk entitled "Dream toward Plasma TV" which covered his outstanding innovative and pioneering history in developing and commercializing large-size color plasma displays from a mono-color tiny researches phototype. His talk was more than a technical presentation.
The talk taught us how enthusiastic we must be toward the future, when the dream will come true.
