To be published in the IEEE HTC 2025 Conference Proceedings, one of the authors of an accepted paper must be registered at the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, a Professional registration is valid for up to 2 conference papers. Students and Life Members registrations are only eligible for one conference paper. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Each paper must be presented via a live (in-person) presentation during the conference date. A paper not presented will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to the authors of these papers.
