(*1) If you want to regist the type of ITSS members, please contact icves2015[at_mark]ieee.org before registration on EDAS. When you contact, the following information is required.
  • Name
  • Affiliation
  • Your IEEE membership number
  • E-mail address which is registered in the EDAS system (it's the same as the EDAS user name)

Notice:

  • Each accepted paper needs at least one full registration, before the camera-ready manuscript will be uploaded.
  • Student registration does not permit paper uploads. You or a co-author will need to register at full rate to upload your paper.
  • One registration covers the registration of the paper and the participation of one presenter.
  • If an author has two (or more) accepted papers, each paper must be registered paid for.
  • Every participant must register separately. If two co-authors attend, each of them has to register.

    • The standard page limit for each paper is 6 pages. Papers can exceed this limit up to only 8 pages, at a cost of 100 USD extra per page. Accepted papers that are scheduled for presentation but not presented at the conference are very disruptive. Any accepted paper that is not presented as scheduled is at risk for not being included in the IEEE Xplore. If none of the authors is able to attend the meeting due to unexpected problems, please arrange for a colleague to present the paper and notify the conference organizers.
