【題目】 Nano-Electronic Devices Based on Silicon MOS Structures
【概要】 The talk presents the new generation of devices using semiconductor
nanostructures based on the modern Integrated Circuit technology involving
Silicon MOS. The performance of nano-crystallites
and nano-tubes embedded gate oxides with different
dielectric constants of submicron MOS will be presented. The effect of
tunneling through the thin layer of the embedded gate oxides will be discussed
in view of memeory device applications.
