R10-HTC

R10-HTC2013 was held during August 26th - 29th, 2013 at Tohoku University Kawauchi-North Campus. It was a memorable opportunity for all participants because Dr. Peter Staecker (IEEE President), Dr. Gordon Day (IEEE Past President), and Dr. Roberto de Marca (IEEE President-elect) met together at the conference. The conference included 63 technical presentations, 7 keynote talks and 2 tutorials.

Next R10-HTC will be held in Chennai (IEEE Madras Section), India.
