Abstract

Participants who are interested in presenting their work in the regular session are expected to submit a 500-words abstract, written in English, with the title, their name(s), and their affiliation(s) to the Technical Program Comittee via EDAS conference management system, https://edas.info/N23135. The TPC expects the Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format submission to include the information mentioned above within two A4 pages.

The TPC will notify the paper acceptance after a peer review scheduled on February 24, 2017.

Final Manuscript

Authors of accepted papers are expected to submit their Xplore-ready final manuscript also via EDAS by March 24, 2017. Submitting the final manuscript is not mandatory; however, the paper without the final paper will not be included in Xplore. The final manuscript would be within six A4 pages. The TPC expects authors to utilize the Microsoft Word template of IEEE Conference Proceedings, which could be downloaded from the IEEE Website, https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

Just after the final manuscript deadline, the TPC will make a final technical presentation timeline schedule.

Author Registration

The conference requires at least one presenter to register for each paper.

When prospective presenter registers his/her information into the registration form on our website, he/she needs to input his/her paper# (manuscript#), which can be obtained from EDAS system, into the "Submission ID" column in the section of "Presentation Information".

Please refer to the Registration page of the conference website about the registration fee and the payment method for the detail information.

In case of no registration or no payment for registration by the deadline of author registration which is June 15, 2017, the TPC would exclude the paper from the final program as well as the Xplore list.

Copyright Transfer

With the final manuscript, authors should sign to the IEEE electronic copyright transfer form through the EDAS paper management system. The deadline for copyright transfer is March 24, 2017.
