Ryukoku Univerisity, Tomoiki-So

Summary
Following the previous year, we have held the microwave English-presentation meeting aiming to raise and intensify younger researchers who are able to compete throughout the world. This meeting is one of the events managed mainly by student committee members of the IEEE MTT-S Kansai Chapter. This is a place to provide younger researchers and students to present their results of their researches in English.

Attendance
Total 77 (IEEE members: 23, non-members: 54, Presenters 28)

Summary
We finished the meeting with a much larger number of presenters and participants than the last year. All of those who presented their researches could make their speeches in firm English. In the time for Questions and Answers, questions were made continuously from not only professors but also students, resulting in a very active discussion. We have received a large number of praises from the professors for the English skills of the presenters and the qualitative improvement of the research contents.
