　IEEE主催の家電技術の国際会議GCCE2025が来年9月23日から大阪で開催されます。

　皆様の温かいご支援によりGCCEは来年14回目を迎え、大阪関西万博（EXPO 2025）期間中に、会場近くで開催します。そのCount Down Kick-offイベントとして、「シンポジウム」を下記の通りに開催します。
　国際的に著名な先生方をお迎えして、元気の出る興味深いお話が伺えます。ハイブリッド形式で開催しますので、ご都合に合わせてご参加頂けますようご案内いたします。

The IEEE Global Conference on Consumer Electronics (IEEE GCCE 2025) will be held at Osaka Japan on September 23-26, 2025.

Thanks to your warm support, GCCE will celebrate its 14th anniversary next year and will take place near the Osaka-Kansai Expo (EXPO 2025) venue. As the GCCE2025 countdown kick-off event, a symposium will be held as follows: We welcome internationally renowned professors to give energetic and engaging talks. The event will be held in a hybrid format, allowing you to participate at your convenience.

Prof. Toshio Fukuda

Prof. Toshio Fukuda

Past IEEE President

Biography

Toshio Fukuda received Dr. Eng. from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1977.

Currently, He is Professor Emeritus Nagoya University, Professor Waseda University, He is mainly engaged in intelligent robotic systems and micro-nano robotics, and has published 2,300+ publications in scientific journals, conference proceedings and reports.

Dr. Fukuda is IEEE President (2020), the IEEE Director of Division X, Systems and Control (2017-2018), IEEE Region 10 Director (2013-2014) and served President of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (1998-1999), Director of the IEEE Division X, Systems and Control (2001-2002), Co-founding Editor-in-Chief of IEEE / ASME Transactions on Mechatronics (2000-2002) and Editor-in-Chief of ROBOMECH Journal, Springer (2013-). He was Founding President of IEEE Nanotechnology Council (2002-2003, 2005). He was elected as a member of Science Council of Japan (2008-2013). IEEE Robotics and Automation Pioneer Award (2004), IEEE Robotics and Automation Technical Field Award (2010), Chunichi Culture Award (2019).

IEEE Fellow (1995), SICE Fellow (1995), JSME Fellow (2001), RSJ Fellow (2004), Honorary Doctor of Aalto University School of Science and Technology (2010), Member of the Japan Academy of Engineering (2013), Medal of Honor on Purple Ribbon (2015), The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon (2022).

Biography

Tom Coughlin, President, Coughlin Associates is a digital storage analyst and business/ technology consultant. He has over 40 years in the data storage industry with engineering and senior management positions. Coughlin Associates consults, publishes books and market and technology reports and puts on digital storage-oriented events. He is a regular contributor for forbes.com and M&E organization websites. He is an IEEE Fellow, 2023 IEEE President Elect, Past-President IEEE-USA, Past Director IEEE Region 6 and Past Chair Santa Clara Valley IEEE Section, and is also active with SNIA and SMPTE. Mr. Koichi Tanaka received a B.A. in engineering from Tohoku University in 1983. His research field is Development of tools and methods for analysis of protein and carbohydrate structure. The brief biography and awards are as follows.
