講演要旨
Light detection and ranging (LiDAR) system is crucial for future robots/drones, ADAS system, autonomous vehicles, etc. Slow light in photonic crystal waveguides and Si photonics technologies have potential of non-mechanical beam steering and coherent frequency-modulated continuous wave LiDAR. We report the current status of their development.
