趣旨 SSDMは、2008年に記念すべき第40回目の会議を迎えます。 現在、半導体エレクトロニクス産業は産業構造そのものの大変革期を迎えており、本会議が果たすべきリーダシップに対する期待は従来以上に高まっています。そこで、40周年を記念し、会議の方向性を明確化するため、"Device and Material Innovations for Novel Sysytem
Integration"をSSDM2008のConference Themeと定めました。
また、40年間の予稿集などを全て収めた記念DVDとSSDMの歴史や歩みなどを集めた記念誌を発行し、会議参加者に配布する予定です。これ以外にも40周年記念の行事を計画しています。
