Rooms have been reserved at hotels around the Conference venue by Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.
Please note that the hotel reservation will be made on first-come-first-served basis with complete payment.
Please note room charges are in Japanese Yen (JPY).

  1. Above rates are per room per night including service charge and consumption tax.

Changing Cancellation Policy for Hotels

In case of changing / cancel your reservation, you can change it on registration by yourself until July 15, 2013.
After July 15 2013, in case of that you have your request of change or cancel, please send e-mail to R10-HTC2013 Desk.
