   • 若手研究者のIEEE Computer Societyにおける研究活動奨励のため，IEEE Computer Societyで発行するTransactions, Magazine等の定期刊行誌あるいは主催・共催国際会議Proceedingsに掲載された優秀な論文の筆頭著者であって，IEEE Computer Society Japan Chapterに所属する若手研究者を表彰します．
